What To Include
For faster handling, include the information that matches your issue.
- Account email and Telegram username or chat verification context if the issue is verification-related.
- Payment method, order ID, invoice ID, or transaction reference if the issue is billing-related.
- Browser, operating system, screenshot, and exact error text if the issue is product-related.
- Do not send passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or full payment card details.
Security Reports
If you believe you found a security issue, send a clear report with impact, reproduction steps, affected endpoint, and any safe proof of concept.
- Do not access, modify, delete, or exfiltrate other users data.
- Do not run destructive tests against production systems.
- Give us reasonable time to review and fix valid reports before public disclosure.
